He is an expert in staff supervision, employee motivation, conflict mediation and union labor/management relations. Additionally, Jim has experience as a small business owner and a proven track record of implementing strategies that eliminate waste and boost efficiency.
Jim graduated from Metro State University, where he studied business and Dunwoody College of Technology. Prior to joining Studio106, Inc. Jim held positions in facilities and production management at Honeywell, Inc. He began his career at Honeywell as a lead production control coordinator, where he eventually moved into the implementation of lean manufacturing as factory supervisor and facilities manager.
